A spice consignment leaving India moves under a stack of registrations issued by four different authorities, plus a certificate raised against the shipment itself. This page lists all of them, what each is for, and who issues it.

Certificate numbers below are shown as bracketed placeholders. Fill each one with the real registration number, and add the issue and expiry dates, before publishing. Every authority and purpose described is accurate; only the numbers are pending.

The frames below are stock placeholder artwork, not photographs of real certificates. Replace each one with a scan of the actual document — and add the issue and expiry dates — before this page goes live.
Issued and cross-checked before the seal goes on, and sent electronically the same day. A missing document is a demurrage bill, and demurrage is the exporter’s failure — not the buyer’s.
